Every pet ID tag is carefully crafted using laser deep engraving for durability, followed by hand-painted detailing and a protective clear coating. This process ensures vibrant, long-lasting tags. Typically, production takes 2 to 7 days, but during busy seasons, it may extend to 3 weeks. We remake any tag that doesn't meet our high standards, ensuring every piece is flawless. Your patience guarantees the uniqueness and quality of your tag!

We offer easy returns for any unused items within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to initiate a return, and we'll guide you through the process. Please note, there’s a $6 return label fee for U.S. customers, and international customers are responsible for their return shipping costs.
