Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at help.duckandluca@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Do you offer free returns?
We currently don’t offer free returns, but we strive to make the process as easy as possible for you.

For US/CANADA: A return shipping fee of $6 USD ($11 CAD) will be deducted from your refund. 

For INTERNATIONAL returns: You’ll need to arrange and cover the cost of shipping the package back to us. If you have any questions or need assistance, we’re always here to help!

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon arrival and notify us right away if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items, such as custom or personalized products, cannot be returned. If you’re unsure about your item, feel free to reach out. Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
For a quick exchange, return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
