We do our best to ship your order quickly! Most orders are sent out within 1-3 business days, while personalized tags or mixed orders with tags may take up to 3 weeks. Since each item is made with care, processing times can vary, especially during busy periods.

At our store, every pet name ID tag is meticulously crafted with laser deep engraving for precision and durability. We then apply hand-painted detailing to enhance the engraving, followed by a clear coating to ensure the colors remain vibrant over time. Due to the nature of hand-painting, each tag takes considerable time to perfect. If any tag doesn't meet our high standards, we will remake it, ensuring every piece is flawless. Typically, the production time is 2 to 7 days, but during busy seasons, it may extend up to 3 weeks. Your patience ensures the quality and uniqueness of every tag we create.

We understand that finding the perfect fit for your dog can be tricky, so we offer easy returns! You can return any unused items within 14 days by contacting us directly. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process. Please note that there’s a $6 label fee for U.S. returns, and international customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
